Canyon Hills, Pardee Homes’ newest master planned community, named the 2002 Master Planned Community of the year, is now under development west of Canyon Lake along Canyon Hills Road in Lake Elsinore. Canyon Hills’ most significant feature is the preserved open space and natural terrain, totaling over 900 acres.
Copley Design Collaborative designed the three-plus miles of scenic trails that wander through these 900 acres of natural open space and native landscapes consisting of creek side sycamores, cottonwoods, and rolling hills.
