Four Seasons at Palm Springs

K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Palm Springs opens the door to an invigorating lifestyle and an exciting, resort-style environment for adults who are age 55 or better.
Copley Design Collaborative is helping to implement that vision. Copley Design Collaborative is designing an entry monument following a Santa Fe theme. This entry monument will include six large water walls, signage and lighting.
Copley Design Collaborative is also designing the entry guardhouses as well as the recreation area. The focal point of this wonderful new recreation area will be. The Lodge, over 20,000 square feet of indoor recreational space.
Copley Design Collaborative has master planned this recreation area and has located, on approximately six acres of outdoor space, activities such as swimming, shuffleboard, tennis or bocce ball, horseshoes or paddle tennis, and a state-of-the-art barbecue center. Shade structures will be provided throughout along with lots of shade trees to keep the residents cool during Palm Spring’s warmest weather.
